Who doesn't follow you back?
No login. No password. No upload. You drop the data export Instagram gives you, and everything happens on your device.
Don't take our word for it — open your browser's network tab: this page makes zero requests after it loads.
or drag the ZIP / folder / JSON files here
Tap to choose your export — the ZIP straight from Instagram works.
How to get your export from Instagram
It's Instagram's own "download your information" flow — no third party involved. In the Instagram app:
- Open Instagram and go to your profile.
- Tap the menu (☰, top right).
- Tap Accounts Center.
- Tap Your information and permissions.
- Tap Download your information.
- Tap Download or transfer information.
- Select the account you want the list for.
- Choose Some of your information (not "All available information" — that takes far longer and is much bigger).
- Tick only Followers and following. Leave everything else unticked.
- Choose Download to device, then set:
- Format: JSON — not HTML. An HTML export doesn't carry the data this tool reads, and you'd have to start over.
- Date range: All time — see the warning below.
- Tap Create files.
Instagram emails you a download link when the files are ready. That can take anywhere from a few minutes to about a day — it's out of anyone's control. The download arrives as a ZIP: drop that ZIP straight onto this page. You don't need to unzip it, and you don't need to hunt for the JSON files inside.
Nothing you drop here is uploaded — see Privacy.
Reading your export…
Something's off with that file
Nothing to unfollow. Drop a fresh export whenever you want to check again.
Some of these profile links will 404, and that's expected: those accounts were deactivated or renamed after your export was created, so the old username no longer resolves. You can still unfollow them without the link — open your own profile, tap Following, and search the username in that list. From there, tap Following next to their name to unfollow — Instagram's own Following list is the source of truth, and this page just tells you who to look for. Check them off here as you go.
